Long handled cherry picker.

We have a cherry tree with unreachable branches. To harvest more and avoid having to pick up fallen rotting cherries, I would like to buy some kind of harvesting tool. I know of this long handled fruit picker but it seems it is more for large fruit (apples, pears, etc). Does anyone know of a more cherry appropriate picker?

fruit: cherry, tools

When we were little, we would attach an empty tuna fish can with the lid still partially on to the end of a really long pole. The lid edge would cut/tug the stems free and the cherries would fall into the can.

You could get a cherry picker. I got one. It's very nifty. I think I got it at OSH.

You got a fork lift for harvesting cherries?

What or where is OSH?
