So last night I went to an event sponsored by Hennessy, where Goldfrapp, the Strokes and Kanye West were performing. ZOMG? NIKOLAI IN A MOHAWK? I didn't think he had one "radical" bone in him. Oh, except for having a bastard love child. Umm... yeah, so the Strokes sucking, I'd like to blame it on Jules's sobriety. And on Nick's fugstatic state of being.

I'm listening to GoodBooks' "Turn It Back" right now, and I really like it. The chord progressions and odd voicings particularly intrigue me.
