I recently found out that there is a new alternative to Goodreads available. It's called The StoryGraph and it prides itself on being ethical (they pay taxes!) and Black-owned. Sounds interesting because I love stats, but if you got so many problems with a 150-book library I wonder how many I'll have with 1K...

Indeed. The email that said the import was complete did say to contact them if there were any problems with it. I think I might just email them to tell them of my experience.

In the end I just had 6/811 books missing, but as you noted a lot of them were the wrong editions or audiobooks...

Oh, you signed up as well! You should add me, my username is wolfthorn. I emailed them to say what issues I'd been having and I got a response fairly quickly. Maybe if you email them about your issues too, they'll be aware that it's a bigger issue.

I will do. I'm not sure I'm going to be leaving Goodreads completely just yet - all my friends are there! - but it will be interesting to see how the StoryGraph compares once it's up and running properly.
