The Phone Saga Continues

I thought that deciding on my new phone and tariff was the stressful bit and that once that was done, all I would have to do would be to sit back and wait the 3-5 days for it to arrive. But no! That would be silly and I would have nothing to post about, except 'oooh, look at my awesome new phone' and how boring is that? So thank you, Vodafone, ( Read more... )

My Gods, if I couldn't dislike Vodafone even more, this sounds incredibly frustrating. I hope that it is all sorted now and that you'll receive your new phone with no more kerfuffle! -Fingers crossed-

The ridiculous thing is, I tried using the Live Chat because I thought it would be quicker than phoning, especially as I thought it was a simple thing. Apparently not!

My phone finaly arrived just before dinner on Tuesday woohoo! I was so pleased :D

It was so frustrating. I'd had no issues with Vodafone previously and then all this happens.

Definitely! If I'd not been put through to him, I'd still be waiting for a phone that hadn't actually been ordered, and that would be even more frustrating.
