Oh my god, what a day. I had to go to Middleton today to do another anti-homophobic bullying workshop but this time at a college, rather than a high school. Poor boy, having to walk all over the known world! I'm glad you get a bit of a rest now.

You can't get through to people whose minds are closed; let them have their damn hellfire, or whatever they may have. It's the ones who are on the fence that you can reach out to and hopefully sway, and the ones already on your side whom you can encourage to do even more to help as allies.

And YAY for shutting them up with coming out! It's so funny when they fall into stunned silence and you're thinking, 'Ha, you thought you could spot a tranny at 50 paces. You thought you knew what a Trans person looks like. Wankers. Take that.' ;)

That's true. Sometimes it's not worth the effort trying to convince them otherwise because then you're too tired to try to convince those who are on the fence.

You know how much fun it is to fuck with people's minds like that. As long as it does some good, that's all.
