Pleasure

You know what's nice? Lying on my bed reading with the sun pouring through the window and hearing nothing but birds chirping outside. There's not even the sound of traffic. It's so simple and yet so wonderful. And if I was at work right now, I'd be missing this.

Silver lining, every time.

Thats what I love about a day off mid-week! The peace is great, and it feels all nice and nostalgic. Or maybe thats just me...

I get the most pleasure out of simplicity. Like stepping into a warm bath. Hearing a cockatoo fly over. An ice cube on a really hot day.

I think it's something that the majority of people miss out on because they think pleasure comes from owning a lot of material things.
