Weird and weirder

Weird is when your ex (draco_p_malfoy for those who don't know) suddenly pops into your head for no reason before going to bed.

Weirder is getting a text from your boyfriend two minutes later telling you that said ex has just turned up at Compass where he is.

Weirder-er is the fact that he was there at all.

I'm hoping it's just a one-off, but I have no idea what's going on. I don't know if you're aware of the history there, but let's just say he fucked me up good and proper.

That is weird.

Sometimes I wonder if things happen for a reason, then things like that happen, and then I wonder for what possible reason that would happen.

For instance, last week I was at Ikea and a heard the voice of somebody who I used to go to school with, I had it really bad for them but they just used to tease me all the time and it really upset me. Anywho, as soon as I heard his voice I just froze, everything from high school flooded back and I just had to get out.

If there was a reason for that happening, I don't know what it is, I just felt crappy afterwards. It's 5 years ago now and I'm with someone else and happily engaged, but I still freak out if I ever come into contact with this person.

I dread to think what reason it could be for him to come back into my life. I totally feel you about freaking out there though, just hearing that my boy was in the same room as my ex made me feel ill.

He now lives in Wakefield MA. I can't reveal anything else at this juncture but just thought you ought to know.

Thanks for the information, though I had gathered he was in MA at the moment. Unfortunately, that's still too close for comfort as I'll be in Boston in September. I'm just hoping he'll be back in England by then because I don't want to run into him.
