I finally got my Spotify Wrapped and it made for some very interesting and amusing reading! Last year was the first year I'd really used Spotify to any extent but I was still getting used to it so the Wrapped summary was a bit odd. I love that your listening personality is the time traveler. lmao the genres always crack me up because sometimes it's like, what genre is that even?! Or it's some genre you weren't aware you listened to but it turns out some of the music you listen to falls under it, at least according to Spotify.

Oh, I know. It's so random! I suppose listening to playlists rather than albums from a specific artist means that I'm likely to listen to songs from other genres that I wouldn't generally pick myself. This afternoon I was listening to a Greatest Hits playlist (this one, if the link works) and there's quite a mix of musical styles in there.

I hardly listened to music on Spotify this year, about 10 hours and a band I only checked out for the festival in November was my most listened to artist. Not representative at all!!!

I'm surprised that I've used it so much this year. I did get a Bluetooth speaker last year though, so that's possibly why I used it so much. Much better through the speaker than my laptop.
