Effects: (optional) Impatience for the most part of the dream, before a sharp pain begins to overcome the character, then a sense of determination and unwavering will.

[At the part of the dream where Beat earns his Reaper wings, Shiki suddenly keels over, clutching her chest as the pain intensifies in the dream.]

Ahhhhh!

[gangstaspeak]

[He's almost forgotten about other people feeling some things that happened in dreams as they watched. Just remembering the pain was bad enough for him. He couldn't even begin imagining how much it was probably hurting Shiki.]

Y-yo, Shiki! You a'ight?

[gimme_ur_pants]

[Give her a minute, Beat.]

Agh...

[After a moment, the pain subsides. Shiki lets out a long breath before looking up at the camera, a sheepish smile on her face.]

Remind me to never, ever become a Reaper, Beat.

[gangstaspeak]

[He lets out a sigh of relief, glad to see she's fine.]

No sweat, yo. No offense, but I ain't sure you're cut out bein' a Reaper anyway.

[onlyabarista]

[There's a sigh on the other end of the line and the video shows a blank looking Mr. H.]

So that's how it went, eh, Beato?

[gangstaspeak]

[Beat should've expected hearing from Mr. H. He can't help but look sheepishly as he rubbed the side of his arm.]

Yeah. Shades jus' got right down to it, Mr. H.

Sounds like Kitaniji alright.

[A pause before--]

Do you regret it?

[gangstaspeak]

[He actually mulls over that for a moment. Sure, he felt guilty about it... but not regretful.]

Naw, yo. Did things I ain't proud off but it don't regret nothin'.

[centerofthering]

[Ty Lee isn't sure what to make of the dream at first. If anything, she's confused. She knew about Beat's past to a certain extent, but this was something she had never heard about. The pain takes her by surprise and she lets out a gasp as the pain spreads over her back. She's strong enough to stay up right, but she's visibly breathless and doubled over. It takes her a moment before she speaks.]

...Beat.

[gangstaspeak]

[Beat notices that as soon as Ty Lee's face appears on his Dreamberry's screen. It looks like she felt it too. He bites on his lower lip, feeling helpless and at the same time guilty about the whole thing.]

Flips... You didn't didn't need to see that.

[centerofthering]

[There's a soft concerned quacking in the background but Ty Lee looks down and shushes the source.]

Did you want me to come over?

[gangstaspeak]

[He had heard the sound but he wasn't exactly in the mood to ask what it was that made it.]
