Holy shit! Apparently there's going to be three movies and a TV show!

God damn do I hope they're well made. I've been waiting for this ever since I read those books. Not sure how the whole films AND tv thing is going to work, but let's hope...

Just read this article about people trying to create a warning for future people (for the next 10,000 years) about radioactive waste dumps. It's actually a very interesting challenge. Well, Tim and I just finished Twin Peaks.

The ending is basically like: wow, I'm really excited for season three. Is that in the box set as well?

The week's episode and the one from two weeks previous (haven't seen last week's,) "Modern Warfare" and "Contemporary American Poultry" were ridiculously hilarious. For those of you who don't know about the WIlhelm Scream, this is a sound effect that appears in tons of movies, tv shows, and commercials. Here is a video of a few examples (George Lucas, the post-modernist that he is, uses it a hell of a lot intentionally.)
