Oooh! Very good! Thank you! Related to that, I could probably provide info on the amount of space/type of environment one would need to use the game best.
you could also add, for Yourself!, that the game can incorporate hand weights, an exercise ball, a heart monitor, and an aerobic step into the workout. AND it has meal plans.
also, on anything with a camera like Kinetic(PS2, it uses a camera to put your image on the screen, and you interact with things on the screen, like punching bags) or some DDRs, you need a blank wall. anything in the background, depending on the sensitivity of the camera, can interfere with the game and keep you from progressing.
i'd like to see the focus be on health rather than weight loss. so many sites like this start with good intentions, but end up being yet another site that preaches how good it is to fit the latest BMI bracket for normal weight.
I know what you mean! I actually think that's what leads to a lot of people's failure when it comes to getting healthier (and losing weight). Focusing on the scale, I think, loses sight of the big picture. That's why I hate how Wii Fit's body test weighs you every single time. If I did that, I'd feel like I were obsessing over my weight--something I wouldn't want if I WERE trying to lose weight/be healthier.
