Now the breaks are only during the lifting and the second half of the workout, with just a 5 second break during the first half (the cardio) portion. She also doesn't ask me how I'm doing quite as much as she did when I started.
Also, I found that Y!F takes a long time to figure out what level you should be at. At first there was a lot of "I can't keep up"'s until she brought it down to a level that a 280 pound person can do.
And I march through the breaks too, I stretch and things.
What do you think about the cooldown? It's mainly the quad stretch and then the hamstring stretch, and in a way I think it's lame that it's so little, but on the other hand, sometimes when I see that quad stretch coming up on the bottom timeline, I get excited because it means I'm almost done!! :)
