Leave the palate in whilst you sleep for a couple of nights - it worked for me.

I did, because I didn't know where or how to store it for the night. Do people really keep them in jars when they're not being used? I forgot to ask my dentist...

My dentist says never, ever leave your palate soaking in water overnight. Rinse it, clean it with toothpaste, but leave it dry overnight.

Mine lives, when I remember to take it out, on the top of my face cream jar! Within easy reach in case I have to leave the house in a hurry in the middle of the night! But I have thought of keeping it in my underwear drawer.

Thank you! My dentist said never to use toothpaste for cleaning, but I'll follow your dentist's advice with regards the storing of it.

And your icon's right: I didn't need or want to know what you plan to keep in your underwear drawer ;-)
