Winds of Plunder for the first time.
I also got to play
Hollywood Blockbuster.
Both of these were new to me, and both were fun games.

"Command and Colors: Ancients" (and "Memoir '44" and "Battle Cry" and "Battlelore") simulate a Fog of War through use of command cards - you don't know what your opponent has.
You could argue that "Stratego" is all about the Fog of War ...
There are other games that are or can be played in a double-blind format - it requires three copies of the game and a referee. Many of them are playable by e-mail.

So, what games are played in a double-blind format with manufacturer published rules (if any)? If there aren't any, what games have after market workarounds?

Empires in Arms isn't a tactical-level game - you know where everyones armies are, but not how powerful each army is.
Most Hex-and-Chit wargames have some mechanism to simulate fog of war.
As far as double-blind ... there aren't a lot of manufacturer-published rules sets. Sniper comes to mind.
There are rules for Axis and Allies double-blind on BoardGameGeek.
