Most of Europe has Interpol, an international police organization, and I'm fairly certain it works in France, too.

I guess Interpol would be sort of close to what I'm looking for, though ideally it would be something more domestic (i.e. France only). Interpol's not quite mysterious enough, you know?

While professing ignorance of the Slasher stuff, I was thinking that game-wise we might be able to do something cool with the French Foreign Legion, personally...

We already have at least one PC who is a former member of the French Foreign Legion! I suggested it to the player when he mentioned that he wanted to play a non-French character who eventually relocated to France, and who maybe had some sort of military background. You and I and our players all think alike, which is awesome. (c:

That's cool, I figured you were busy post-conference. I'm trying to whip up some more detailed session 2 stuff to send to you tonight as well. Or maybe I'll just respond to what you've already got.

I really hope you liked the weird stuff - I'm totally in love with that idea, which is bad, but I can't help it. Then again, being in love with a stupid idea gave us Sekhmet too, so it's not all bad...
