Это очень правильный шаг Microsoft, давно бы так :)
Представьте себе ачивки, например, в Винампе (прослушал миллион треков, переключился на прослушивании 1000 после перых 5 секунд, две недели подряд начинал утро с одной и той же песни...) или в калькуляторе (хоть раз воспользовался сложными вункциями, хоть раз попытался разделить на ноль...). А еще если не объявлять полностью список этих ачивок, люди же будут исследовать программу по разному, изучая, что нужно сделать, чтоб получить еще редкую лычку и похвалиться перед друзьями!
