I'm not even sure there are any kind of national standards when it comes to the sale of dirty magazines, does anyone here know if It is indeed illegal to sell anything with nudity to children or is it just the obscenity law they are referring to here. It does bring up an interesting question though, if they dislike the "double-standard" of nudity vs. violence, why must it go the direction of both being statutorily regulated as opposed to losening restrictions on nudity, that seems like it would be the more logical choice considering neither have strong evidence showing significant damage to children.

obscenity law is almost by area now adays city/county in one you can be gay(no sodomy) in other you break the law if you own a vibrator,in another still its illicit to own more than one, places here and there that don't like porn and theres that anti wicca law here and there that makes it illeague for more than 3 or 6 women to live in a house with no adult males..... ,I think the feds and the states need to reset the laws on the books because theres just some messed up sht in some older lawbooks witch people like JT can use to harass people with.

What is an Wicca? I've never heard of a Wicca.
And I'm with a thouro scrubbing of our law books. Its needed in every country. I mean...In France its illigal to park you're UFO ontop of someone else's vine yard.
A) That newspaper don't even get their website name correctly. B) They use wrong information and false statistics. C) Exposing children to porn is not going to ruin their life. It might make them wonder about a few things, but I don't think porn ruined any lives when consumed correctly (same goes with video game, actually). D) They have very poor argumentation techniques. ("Well, you're right, but uh... WE'RE RIGHTER!")
Conclusion: They are complete idiots that we should keep on rectifying until they understand our point of view.

Yeah, they might ask mommy and daddy what they are doing.
And if that kid has good parents, they'll know what to tell him, so it won't be a problem for the kid. If he doesn't, well...then there's not much hope for him anyway.
