It's good for parents to know, so we won't have people whining about how video games are violent. ESRB really need to have these parents informed so we don't have seven year old kids playing GTA. Parents really need to decide based on the ratings, damn it.

while this may not be the absolute best path to take, its the one most viable AND it puts the industry in a good light because now many of their detractors will see them actively informing the public about the rating system.

We need more people like this guy to work WITH the ESRB not AGAINST the ESRB.

This is how it makes the ESRB stronger. But we got dopes like Lee attacking the ESRB and causing parents to dis-trust the system and making it actually harder for them to do their jobs.

This guy cares about the childern.

This is...I guess this would be good news. Instead of forcing the will of the government, throw some information out and see if they listen. If they don't and try to pull a lawsuit, the A.G. can just pull this stuff out and slap them...

...or just a nice objection.
