"a kid's game"

yes, generic newsperson, GTA is certainly a children's toy.

Seems to me that certain people in America need to wake up and smell the Hot Coffee, and then realise it went cold a long long time ago.

Ok, I didn't sleep last night. But did I hear it right? fgrump123 June 13 2006, 12:37:32 UTC
"A loophole in a kid's game that could allow the players to see porn?"

I was under the impression that kids are "not yet a teen". And yet this game is Mature- Later teen years and beyond.

Oh well, guess I'm not a "young adult" but a "big kid" now! Off to Toys R Us I go!

Isn't that one of the old jingles for commercials for a type of diaper?

Actually, the jingle is for Pull-Ups, some kind of middle ground between a diaper and actual underwear.

Is it Sweeps time already? I know news folks get really weird and provocative during Sweeps, and frankly, I wouldn't be suprised it if was. Its almost like that old Saturday Night Live skit where they had a news anchor saying stuff like "Something in your house is likely to kill you, and it only gets more dangerous the longer it goes unchecked. This special report... at 11 o'clock!" And they kept harping on how 'it' was so dangerous, that even the co-anchor was getting nervous and trying to find out what it was.

"With a click of the code-word 'Hot Coffee' players can view nudity and play sex games" That's not how I remember it happening...

A sad truth. It's what (we) reporters do sometimes to, y'know...get attention.
