the Act will likely have a chilling effect on adults' expression, as well as expression that is fully protected as to minors.

Hear that? Judges seem to agree that children have full rights to access media protected by the 1st Amendment. And judges agree that videogames fall under that protection...

If the Michigan law is defeated (which it certainly will be), it would be 7-0. Go video games!

Actually it would still be 6 - 0 as the original ruling for this case was just a perliminary injunction. There trying to have it struck down for good now.
