Bike ride biff -damaged pride

So I went on a bike ride with Ary yesterday from my house to the back of the gardens then to Alameda and back, and everything was going fine. Then all of a sudden my bike froze up and bucked me right off onto the road. I got up quickly, stunned of what had happened. I believe it to be my handle bars came loose of controlling the wheel and it turned
