Not to rain on your parade, but I'd be cautious about anyone whose website includes a 'pulsatron pain decoder' and magnetic therapies - the pulsatron looks like a circa-1980 ultrasound massager, and the magnetic therapies are right up there with the snake oil. Note that there's nothing he's diagnosed that can't be put down to very good cold-reading, - excepting the womanly bit things, I'd have had a yes answer for all those things as well (untreated head and back trauma, depression, - they're yes-answer questions for almost everyone.)

I understand the sceptisim, I was too prior to going. But he didn't ask me the questions, he told me that it had happened and we talked about it after he'd finished his diagnosis... it was just... different. And for him to be able to pinpoint that my depression was triggered 6 years ago? with no encouragement? hmmmm... I guess it's all a learning though - this may yet end up like all the other treatements - like a pile of smelly dirty washing in the corner of the basement. But then again...

A good cold reader can appear as you just described -I've seen it done regularly. Particularly if they've already had their secretary or other support staff chat with you during the setup for the meeting, and pass on info. You'd also be amazed what can be done with google :-). - the point is that _Everybody_ has several of the things he mentioned, or thinks they do, particularly open ended problems like 'stress' or 'back problem', and then he gets the more detailed stuff like the depression in your answers to the general stuff, and it snowballs from there ( ... )

It took my husband about 4 years before he got the proper medication and treatment. FOUR years of being misdiagnosed and prescribed with medication that made him worse. And then RE prescribed the same medication after being told that it made him worse!!!

I went to the dr about a sore wrist and was told it was all in my head and refused an xray. I play the sax and clarinet for my living for fucks sake. I was depressed at the time so didn't argue, it was around about that point I declared that I would only see a gp if I needed a med cert. or anti-biotics.

I'd kinda lost my faith in Dr's until we FINALLY found some good ones just recently
