there's one of my co-worker, a guy, well actually my senior, talking something bad behind my back and I just can't confront him 'cause I'm still new there. I respected him 'cause he's been nice to me but then he was not satisfied with something I was managing about and yet he did not tell me directly but talk badly about me to my other co-workers. He even looked down on me. I didn't mind getting scoldings or critics from anyone but talking behind my back really pisses me off. Sorry for making you worried...

Yeah...I was planning to talk to him but since my other co-workers advised me not to do that cause I am still a kouhai here and he's the sempai. They're afraid that I might be having problems when I'm asking for consultants or advice from him. GEEEZZZ....thanx for listening to me.

Uuu..please be very patient. It happens everywhere. I have one co-worker who scares me. He always looked at me like i have done something wrong. It's scary. Whenever he gave me 'that' look, my mood just went 'BOOM' down!! I'm not sure whether i have done something wrong...
