My mother does seem to like or at least appreciate my dolls. Every time she comes to visit she says so, anyway, and takes a moment to look at them, and politely refrains from noting out loud how many I've acquired since her last visit. (I had four last time. My Mom does that too. She hasn't declared a favorite yet, but if one starts to fall or flail or flop, she'll catch them and tell them "Oh behave!" in that stern Mommy tone. XD It cracks me up. She's excited about having her own doll, as my sis Neko bought her a Cuprit, and she was visibly disappointed to hear that Neko is planning to sell her little hoofy girl upon arrival. It was cute. XD

I should clarify, I meant Mom is disappointed that Neko has decided to sell her Glot upon arrival, not Mom's Cuprit.

I'm not sure my mother ever talked to me in the same Mommy voice that she used on JJ, or maybe I'm just too old to remember it properly--actually, it was the same voice she used to use on the dog. XD
