I've been really bad lately in putting things off that need to get done. For instance, a few sweaters that I've been wanting to wear needed dry cleaning - and it took me nearly a MONTH to accomplish that. Ah, priorities. (...and procrastination ( Read more... )

We routinely use walmart for our oil changes; not becuase they're any good (only average at best), but there's a lot more to look at while the car is up getting looked after. ^___^

an oil change is expensive though, it can cost $75 or more. (stupid shopping at walmart.)

That's why I have my own mechanic... an oil change is $30.
And really, if you don't mind getting a little dirty and putting out a little effort (like jacking up a car) - you can easily do an oil change yourself. If I had a garage and a driveway, I would*.

At least attempt it myself. When I had said garage and driveway, I lived at home and my brother or Acton would do it for me. You don't need a mechanic to do an oil change.
