Brokeback Mountain totally broke my heart. I knew I was going to get upset watching it (because of Heath Ledger), but I didn't know it was going to be so beautiful and devastating. I'm definitely adding to my mental list of films that I recommend, but also to my list of films that make me cry. I don't know how I'll ever watch it again ;___;

Oh, that first pic! Lovely. I believe this is also the hall used as Netherfield in the latest Pride and Prejudice (Knightley's version). I can't wait to see The Duchess though.

Thanks! It is a beautiful building. Oh, I didn't know that; I suppose it's used for a lot of period dramas because of the way it's been preserved so well, and because it has an idyllic location also. The trailer for The Duchess looks really good!

Pursuit of Happyness is a lot like that. I loved it, and it was really moving and inspiring, but I cried so much I don't think I could watch it again, lol.

That building is so pretty!

Ooh, I love that movie! It was a tear-jerker though. Films like that are tricky, because even though you love them, they make so upset.
