a fix to customised tinyicons

For someone on hiatus...I'm feeling pretty active. XD
LJ seems to have added/changed their codes a little (again) and now we get to see all those ugly overlaps with tinyicons. I stumbled upon this fix in one of my fav. layout maker's journal, and as you can see, it seems to work wonders. *g*

it took me ages to realise there was even a problem because i've not had tiny user icons on display for like the past 4 layouts. lol.
