I believe EA broke these with one of the expansions. It's fixed after you install the CEP.

AL broke it. Did you patch AL? I know I got this fixed, I just can't quite remember how. I'll search a bit later, if you don't figure it out.

The first time I installed AL, I did not had this problem, or any AL problems so, I never patch it. This time I installed the game with a AL copy and not with my original CD because I lend it..maybe the problem is there. To tell you the truth, I'm a little bit afraid to patch my games - I don't know why - so, I hope there is other solution..if not, I will have to patch my game and cross my fingers :P

Try refreshing your thumbnails. I had this same thing happen and I'm pretty sure it was just where the thumbnails for the recolors had just disappeared. To do, go to your EA Games/TS2/Thumbnails and delete the contents of the folder. Then boot up the game. Its gonna take you longer the first time to browse any catalog while they reload.
