you should technically leave off the sir part since i am not a commissioned officers, and the prefered excercise of choice is a push up. Haha.

Yep this is my first post in over a year lol i think that deserves congratulations enough haha.

Noncoms don't get sirs? Ah, so is that why the traditional form of address is "Sarge"? Huh. Learn something everyday.
I like pushups better than jumping jacks anyway. Would the other sergeants make fun of you if you made guys do jumping jacks instead of pushups? (Haha, the other sergeants. That's awesome.)
And, yeah, congratulations on posting. :P
