3. Sounds very much like a Star Trek episode I just accidently watched. It was very humanist, which was depressing in an odd way.

4. You missed my birthday, but there was no party for you to hook up with anyone at. On that note, burgers this Monday if you want to meet women. Or eat, which will more likely happen.
