Forgive me if I forget anybody, but thank you to shadownyc, arrowthroughme, mmmorpheusq, sandstorm63, thelocation, wirthwoman, beloved4always and damietta for the great birthday wishes and to spike7451 and muddor for the super virtual gifts! I love you guys. Thanks for remembering.

It was a great day and I'm just so glad to be healthy and here.

Late works!! Very much so. I'm doing super. Just finished putting everything that could become air borne in the garage - or flipping heavy things over. Maybe I should be more worried. The main threat I think is downed trees and resulting power outages. In 16 years here (and I can see the water from my roof) I've only ever lost power overnight once (and that time it was for 3 days), but that was due to a huge early December unexpected blizzard.

Here's to an awesome year for both of us!

Be careful and brace yourselves. Had to go away for tge weekend, on the way to the airport had a flat tire, had to leave the car at a garage, race in a taxi to the airport - tomorrow we won't know what we will find at the garage late at night. Hopefully a fixed car. What a nightmare!

Actually, it wasn't even a garage, it's a fucking petrol station where we had to leave Brian-the-car. But we are together, we are in a civilised country and we have enough money to get home whatever happens. :)
