I just came back from grabbing some coffee at Au Bon Pain, and I must say, I was beset by a sight of terrible horrors.  I saw...

A grown man, riding a scooter!  Ugh!!!

Now, what's that about?  I commented to this random lady pushing a baby carriage that this was a sad, sad man, and she agreed.

Didn't they do an episode on Sex and the City where one of the girl's boyfriends owned a comic book shop, lived with his parents, and rode a scooter around Manhattan? This is sounding familiar ....

Too scary - the last guy I saw on a scooter was in the 2nd grade

I guess it depends on the scooter. A moped is one thing, but a kiddie scooter is another matter.
