Eh, it's hentai. You just have to understand that it works under its own genre-specific rules. Kind of like the action movie rules that you're not supposed to question, such as:

1. You can outrun fire.
2. Shooting over your shoulder while running/driving is just as likely to score a hit as stopping, facing your opponent, and aiming.
3. Any and all interaction between males is a valid reason for a female to make a joke about testosterone.

These are just a few Genre Rules that you shouldn't question. Hentai's the same, it operates by its own (fucked-up, silly, ridiculous) rules and you should read as little as possible into it if you wanna keep sane.
