Last night I was suddenly knocked offline. Not uncommon with dial-up. I tried reconnecting and got "no dial tone". Dead modem? Without lightning? I decided to just head to bed so I shut the computer down and unplugged the phone line (lightning protection) and found myself holding the plug and 4 inches of phone cord. I'm not sure what to do about the chewing on electrical/phone cord thing. If it's any consolation, Tito just recently chewed through a connector cord (camera to computer). Or maybe it's not a consolation because Tito is old enough to know better. I caught him at it, scolded him and he hasn't done it again. There is nothing he fears more than being scolded...just words, but all I have to do is look at him with my "bad dog" look and he looks so guilty and upset it's funny.

You're going to have to get her a LOT of chew toys.

Oh dear :/ We used to have a dog who chewed everything she could find and chewed a hole in a cupboard door. She was a border collie and because they are working dogs she was bored. Dad had to take her for long runs all the time and we gave her loads of toys to play with and put a bit of bone in a bottle which kept her amused for ages trying to get it out!

oh my. Maybe you can get one of those gizmo's that holds all the cords and kind of protects them at the same time. Not sure if they are puppy proof.
