Some real life stuff and Stone of Tears thoughts

Well, yesterday my dog passed away.  In order to keep myself from bursting into tears all the time I distracted myself by reading Sword of Truth book 3, Blood of the Fold, pretty much the whole day.  So, yeah, almost done with that one now.

Aww... the loss of a pet is always sad. I still miss my cat who died in 2001. In time, you may move on, but you'll never forget them. ;__;♥ My heart goes out to you.

Also, since I work at a bookstore, every time someone mentions a book title, I have to try to test my knowledge to see if I can remember the author. The Sword of Truth series is by... Terry Goodkind?

Thanks. ^_^ I had two other dogs when I was little, so I've gone through this before. Doesn't make it any less sad, though I know I'll come to terms with it.

Haha, yes you got it right! That's the series that the show Legend of the Seeker is based of off that I've been rambling about lately. And that the two beautiful people in my icon are from. Half of the reason I watch the show is to just watch them. >_<
