What is not mentioned up there is that now I have so much more time for myself....In the sense that I have stopped sleeping..due to changes in my body and metabolic rate I sleep only 4 hours per night...Wasn't stop smoking supposed to be good for youuuu???????

Doesn't Richard sleep next to you?
