I was reborn with a new sibling, a lovely young man named River. I ended up down an elevator shaft, but thankfully I was reborn in one piece.

I see. I'm glad you are alright, then. I was one of the ones who survived- whether that makes me fortunate or not depends on one's personal perspective- and have been at the clinic ever since it happened, treating the casualties.
If you want to talk, I can come and see you whenever you wish, as the clinic is now almost next door to the spa.

I do hope that you've been mindful of your body and it's cues, taking breaks when you need them. I would think those around you would appreciate you not pushing yourself.
