This past weekend I saw the Red Sox game at Fenway against the Orioles with D who came up to Boston with A to see J afterward (yeah, they need LJs). While I'm not a baseball nut, having it be a very close (and good) game that the Sox managed to win in the 10th inning was pretty awesome and exciting ( Read more... )

From the D in question: Yeah, it was a pretty gnarly game and -- I managed to not get lost afterwards and -- find my car in one piece. Your travel plan simply rocked! I also met and had a one-night stand with Boston's Chinatown: delicious pastry made of red-bean curd...ggggggggg...and the drug addicts frequenting the corners didn't even put me off that much. Good times.

Grats on the LJ account! We'll have to get your better half to convert too. I might actually start posting regularly again.

I'm glad the travel plan worked and your got to your car again. Nice to see you experienced all of the local flavor - both good and less than good ; )
