Wasting Time

Last weekend was very fun as not only did I go to the kiddens birthday party, two of my non-FGS friends had what amounted to a long weekend-long double birthday party. Keep at it in Urban Dead - the beginning can be really slow, but I really like it now that all of my characters (consumer who kills zombies, scientist who revives them, and medic turned zombie) are competant at what they do.

I don't find Vampires! to be as much fun, but that may be because everyone keeps stealing my money and I haven't figured out how to learn things like that yet. And the damn magic shops keep disappearing.

Oh, and if you want to be a non-zombie, I'm sure someone around here can revivify you if you tell us where you are.

Well, technically speaking Gairten is undead. But not being able to use his Medic abilities is sad. What classes fix being a zombie and should I worry at people sucking DNA from my brain? ; ) I think staying as a zombie and not spending XP on zombie stuff and then getting changed back to normal in a few weeks when I'm less sad might be good (it seems easier to get XP since my hit chances doubled).

As for Vampires!, I just broke 700 coins and 100 blood (after getting tooled a few days ago by a vampire hunter I thought was a tasty snack) and so finally have 50 APs instead of just 35. I don't plan to ever join any of these mailing lists but I'm willing to give both games a chance.

Hoarding XP as a zombie is a very bad idea. There's this skill called Headshot that takes away all your unspent XP if you get hit with it as a zombie.
