I'm going to take a break from being fannishly active, I think. I'll finish up everything that needs finishing with satedan_grabass and then I'll take a more passive part in fandom for a couple of months. My head's clearly not in the game. If it was just a matter of balancing work with a hobby, it wouldn't be an issue, but there is so much going on with my family

I always feel bad when I think I've let interest and obligations in fandom lapse... but I will tell you that your peace of mind is much more important. We'll miss having you around, but you do what you need to do for yourself and the folks around you. I hope things will start to take a turn for the better real soon.
