Thanks for the warning. I won't watch it then. I don't like knowing everything about an episode before I see it.
I did watch the Gaeta clue though. I'm very delighted that Gaeta is now important enough to be talked about. And two of the lead characters talking about him, no less. Not Zarek, but him. Specifically. Like they know who he is. Very awesome.
I wonder if the Whisper of Doom is going to come up again, really. JE almost made it sound like the webisodes accomplished that. It might, but then, it might not. There was another scene that made me wonder about that, too, but I really don't think it had anything to do with it. (Raptor doors opening and Roslin saying "oh my gods" like she was shocked. I don't think it was Gaeta's Raptor of Death, but I suppose there's a chance it was But there was something else there (really obvious, so I won't tell you what it was) that Roslin easily could have been saying that about.)
The whole thing about divided loyalties... I think Baltar meant that Gaeta'd been the double agent, but I have to admit, a little part of me wanted to believe that he meant loyalty to himself and to Tom, pre-Occupation. That would be so cool. Probably wrong about that- the offhanded way he said it sounded to me like he meant the information stuff- but it still would have been cool.
I only watched the Gaeta clue too. I started on the others and then thought - GAAHHH!!! Noooo. Too much! It never rains, then it pours. Silly clues.
The Gaeta-ish clue was awesome. OMG, Gaeta has somehow PWNED everyone! And it's sooo bad, but it's really rather cool. Never trust the quiet ones, hey? Yup, Felix has got your frakking attention now.
Laura and Gaius (I love you both, but) shut the frak up. It's true. You people don't know who Felix really is. Gaius knew him better than anyone and he didn't have any frakking idea. Did they really think Felix was just going to lie down and be the victim forever?
*sigh* I can't imagine that Felix is going to survive through all this. No way does a secondary character get to pwn all the major characters and live. Gaius can get away with it, because he's the "instrument of God". But poor little Felix is doomed, I think.
He totally did! And the truly amazing thing is that it doesn't just sound like he's evil... it also sounds like he's good at it.
Never ever piss off the geek. They can list all villains ever invented in alphabetical order, reprogram all your personal files and use all the cool quotes in the right places without looking them up.
If the episodes don't deliver, I'll write a Gaeta The Geek Villain fic, Dr. Horrible style.
LOL! Felix Gaeta IS Dr. Horrible. Sympathetic Singing Geek Villain of 2009!
Aww, I still don't think my dear Felix is evil. Not wholly evil. I think sweet Felix has just gone Bye Bye for now. The firewall system that protects his brain from "very bad things" has suffered a major power surge and crashed. It's like when HAL goes crazy in 2001: Space Odyssey. Maybe Felix will be singing 'Daisy, Daisy' over the wireless before the end.
Gotta agree- Gaeta's not evil. He's desperate. There's a difference.
It's funny- for me, this goes all the way back to Bastille Day, when Billy and Dee were arguing over if Tom Zarek was admirable or a butcher. Billy was arguing that violence was the only way to change a very desperate plight, and Dee just flat out disagreed.
I wonder where Tigh will weigh in on this little rebellion. After all, a man who used suicide bombers ought to understand a bit better.
Oh, and I don't know how to vid, but I think once this is over, someone should vid Gaeta and Zarek's rebellion to "Brand New Day."
I watched them and I think I know what lls means ... you'd probably be better off just waiting until the show tomorrow. They're too little to be any good as clues, too much to be just teasers.
^ What she said. For example, I'm not giving anything away by saying that one of them is Roslin and Adama returning from Earth. But you KNOW that has to happen. I mean, duh, right? It tells you nothing about any mysteries, but it's a moment that's really best left in context. That's probably the clue I really wish I hadn't seen.
Now I'm dying to know what Gaeta's done/threatening to do. It's impressive that he's stunned Baltar and is being compared to TORY ... I mean, did he hijack a nuke or something?

He still pwned them though *evil laugh*
