Hiya, Folks. I'm not sure if anyone is still around, but thought maybe I'd reach out just in case. Recently, I've had a couple of readers re-discover my SPN fic and corresponding with them in reviews has me missing LiveJournal. These stories aren't SPN, but lately I've been tempted to revisit those boys.

I don't think I was ever a very good LJer. I kinda stuck to my own page and carried on conversations with the comments posted there, but didn't really branch out that broadly. I wish I had now--I could have been having conversations all along, even after I stopped reviewing SPN.

In any case, I'm happy you're here.

And YES! It's been so fun to revisit these older stories and remember how much I loved these characters and show. :) :)

Oh, I know what you mean. I kind of got out of the LJ comment/read/comment/chat habit for a couple years (wasn't writing as much, life), and now I feel like I've lost a lot of ground.

Things are still hopping here, and at Dreamwidth, too, and even though there's not *quite* as much discussion going, there are tons and tons of fic at AO3 and i've had comment convos there, as well. You just have to find the people who are still active and who do a lot of cross-platform posting.

Tumblr, as always, is only for pretty. :D

I'm clinging to LJ to the bitter end, heh.

Yeah, i love to read an old fic, and remember those heady, crazy days of being a fandom newbie. :D

I will confess to having been more tempted to write another SPN story after conversing with the reviewer about my older stories than I have in...well, years. I am still watching--I have to see what happens to Dean! I just don't have as much fire in my belly about it as I once did

I am so glad to hear that your family is doing well! I have been through a bit of a rough patch, but hopefully things are on the upswing. I think I feel somewhat the same about SPN. There are some moments that remind me of the awesome days. But I think there has been a lot of sloppy writing and that drives me crazy. I have no idea what they are trying to do this year and I am worried that they don't either.

I've been very prone to following the muse of late...and she's led me elsewhere than SPN. But that doesn't mean I won't be heading back that way some day. :)
