Gaelic, has anyone ever told you you're brilliant? I didn't watch this season, couldn't bear it, and I doubt I'll be back for 11, but this... this... heartwrenching and breath-taking and so very THEM, it must have happened this way. Loved it to pieces.

I wish this was how the episode was wrapped up. It was missing something... The lightning coming out of the sky, and ripping the Mark from Dean's arm had to have done some damage to him. But the writers glossed over that part.

Thank you for coming back into the fandom and shedding some much needed light into the end of the arc. As one of my favorite SPN authors, you did a great job ~ as always! Thank you. I look forward to the next time. Take care.

Dean arched an eyebrow at him. "I've been right here," he said, turning sideways so that he rested against the bar, but was able to fully face Sam.

Sam shook his head. "No you haven't," he said, letting his gaze fall to the arm that had one bore the Mark.

This basically encapsulates why it was so difficult for me as a die-hard Dean fan to watch the MoC!Dean storyline. It was fairly consistently written, and of course brilliantly played by Jensen, but... it just wasn't ourDean, and that hurt. A lot.

Sorry for the digression. I loved this fic, I think something like this was really missing in the episode, and who better to write it than you? So thank you :)

YES. I loved that Dean got a storyline and I loved that Jensen owned it...but I really missed 'our' Dean.
