Alive is good. Not sure where the Summer went. Clean out a loved one's place is emotionally exhausting. I live in tornado alley so not exactly safe place to live.

sorry you are exhausted but glad you are alive. Even though it's been many years since I lost my mom, the emotional exhaustion is as real, if not more so then the physical. Plus everything else you are juggling. Please know we are still here and understand. I just finished reading the only story of yours I hadn't read, Medium Security, oh my.... loved where you took the story and your portrayal of B/J was so compelling. It is one of, if not my all time favorite! And while I do like visiting HotLanta, (Outsiders) I hope someday you will rescue me and continue the journey to New Orleans & Key West!!
