As he said, he came from San Francisco and didn't have
everything with him. Plus, he didn't think they'd keep
him away. He was still in shock.

I think Jennifer is beginning to see the light. Slowly, but
it's happening. Aunt June is definitely a B/J ally, so
the fact that she's coming will help.

And keeping Craig away -- a priority!

Well it doesn't read like she's "seeing the light." It reads like she's a devouring possessive suffocating and none-too-bright mendacity-prone hysteric who is forced to yield and is lying through her teeth about reconciling herself to reality ( ... )

"Take my son -- take him!" That's Jennifer. I think
she's trying, as I said, but she has a long, long way
to go. She wants Justin, but when she can't "handle"
him, she's willing to turn him over to the "molester"
along with a dufflebag of his underwear!

I'm still not happy with Jennifer - all I could think was hypocrite as I read her words. However, Brian seems to be willing to listen. I'm just happy that Justin is awake and able to speak for himself. Good chapter.

"I'm just happy that Justin is awake and able to speak for himself."

Even though Jennifer tried strenuously to pretend that what he said was the raving of a delirious mind :(
