On an overlooked side street in a little port town, a neon sign casts its light on stairs leading down to an old, red door. Walk down the stairs and you’ll find something unexpected inside. Thanks! I credit my husband for the idea of a bar that swapped its carbon dioxide for nitrous. Once he planted the idea, I couldn't get it out of my head. ;p

Thanks! The concept of a bar where the carbon dioxide was swapped for nitrous was my husband's idea (he's King of the Really Bad Pun). He threw it out there as a lark and it refused to leave my head until the entry was written. ;p
