Happens to me so darn often too >.< not with the rp so much, but with my own fics... As they tend to turn out long and eventually (read: in the middle of writing) my plot bunnies run away D:

Then you've gotta chase the bunnies, and there's so many, and you're yelling "Get back in your cages!" XD I've had bunnies hop off in the middle of huge 'fics, and that isn't fun at all.

Short pieces are good...just a little taste of what's going to happen. And it's just left open, so you can kind of draw your own conclusion as to what happened afterward.
