Phoebe's adorbs with her little arms and too-big sweater, HELGA'S PIGTAILS AND UNIBROW AND HER POUTY ANGRY MOUTH ♥ Love how slouchy Arnold looks! Totally fitting for his character, NYEERRRGH.
