Since the Sweetheart Challenge is done, my weekly weigh-in days are back on Tuesdays. I have to say that I'm pleased with this week. I lost the four pounds I had taken in last week, and even more!

WOW, good for you! We can share notes, LOL. Although I have to say that I am one of the people who will probably never look too closely... chicken!!

Tomorrow I start day 6, with the increase in the paranil tabs and the fiber. So far, nothing weird has happened to me other than having to go more often.

I think it makes me pee way more too... do you find that? I have always drunk tons of water, so it must be something different.

AND - congrats on the weight loss! We are pretty much the same weight - and Tuesdays are my weigh-in days too. I hadn't lost in so long I didn't even want to weigh myself, but amazingly enough I had lost two pounds.
I'm 225 now, half way to my mini-goal of 220. I'm hoping I can keep up the loss and not go another 3 weeks without losing!

I'm on day 3 now, and it doesn't seem to do anything different for me... Maybe I'm doing something wrong, I don't know. I drink most of my water at night, so that might be the problem. Like I drink four glasses in the morning, and the remaining before bedtime plus the tea. I'll spread the glasses through the day to see if I feel any difference tomorrow.

Thanks on the congrats! It's really cool that we're pretty much at the same place and same weigh-in days. Sure hope your drought is over and you can lose easily from now on!
