I loved Jo this week and was quite happy that she turned Dean down. It was such a pathetic cliche.
I think the boys are still in a bad place and both putting up fronts about how "good" they were.
I think they were aiming in the direction of the growls or maybe the splashing feet in the water? Plus with a shot gun there really is no "aiming" you point in the general direction and the buckshot has a spread.
It WAS a pathetic cliche, though I'll admit I was happier about it because I wouldn't have to scrub my eyes out with lye after watching a Dean/Jo sex scene than because Jo had any self-respect. After the way she's acted around him in the past, it just wasn't believable.
I agree on the boys' dynamic...I guess there isn't so much to say while the ice is still thin. I like that their relationship and its foundation is being rebuilt slowly, even if it is breaking my heart...
